Buying or selling property
Our firm represents buyers and sellers of both residential and commercial property. We offer a broad range of services in this area and these include negotiating terms of real estate sale agreements, conducting due diligence and arranging inspections, drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, mortgages, and ancillary documents, advising on financing issues and representation at the closing. We work closely with our clients throughout the transaction process to ensure that we understand and protect their best interest.
